Creatives in Mind

Specialist CBT therapy for people working in the creative industries.

Are you a creative professional struggling with burnout, perfectionism, rejection, or a creative block that’s impacting your wellbeing? At Creatives in Mind, we provide specialist CBT for creatives — therapy that understands the unique pressures of your industry.

People working in the creative industries experience mental health challenges at disproportionately high rates. Tight deadlines, unstable contracts, intense competition, and power imbalances can lead to exhaustion, anxiety, and loss of confidence. You deserve support from someone who doesn’t just offer therapy, but therapy that truly understands your world.

At Creatives in Mind, we help creative professionals and teams build resilience, reduce burnout, improve communication, and create healthier working environments. Our vision is to make wellbeing part of the creative culture — not an afterthought.

Experience

I’m Kirstie Wright, psychotherapist and founder of Creatives in Mind. With over 10 years of clinical experience (including NHS roles) and extensive work with designers, freelancers, artists, film crew and other creatives, I understand the emotional realities of creative work.

I’m fully BABCP-accredited, hold a BSc in Psychology, and have multiple postgraduate therapy qualifications, including specialist CBT and CBT for psychosis training. My mission is to make therapy accessible, effective, and relevant to people across the creative industries.

If you're ready to feel more confident, energised, and supported in your creative life, I’m here to help.
